Orders are shipped from our warehouses directly to the address provided at checkout.
We deliver orders across India through trusted courier services.
2. Processing & Delivery Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt.
- Standard delivery timeline is 3 to 7 business days for most locations in India.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, usually between 9 AM and 8 PM.
- Delays may occur during peak seasons, due to public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control (weather, strikes, etc).
3. Shipping Charges
- Nominal Shipping Charges are charged for all orders as per the quantity
- Shipping charges for smaller orders and Cash-on-Delivery (COD) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
4. Order Receipt & Signature
- Goods typically require a signature upon delivery. If you’re unavailable, please request an alternate receiver (family, neighbor, colleague).
- We are not responsible for goods signed by someone other than the named recipient.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct and complete to avoid delays or undeliverable parcels. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in returned shipments or delays.
6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor delivery status.
7. Damage & Shortages
- Claims for shortages or transit damage must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery (preferably with photo/video evidence).
- We are not responsible for any damage after the goods have been delivered and signed for.
